This is a commissioned fantasy piece I painted recently. It's a 40 by 60" oil painting of the panther that the Greek god Dionysus the god of chaos & madness better known as Bacchus the god of wine (hence the grapes), would ride around on. I portrayed it as seductively looking at Dionysus suggesting to hop on, let's go create mayhem. It's breathe was so sweet & alluring no creature could resist coming to it to be devoured (except a dragon). Cloud covered Mt Olympus is in the background. Fantastic faces are throughout. Can you see them? It's either sunset or sunrise depending on your point of view.
